Planning

？ Conduct feasibility studies of various projects to determine the value of an investment and provide an

cost-effective justification for capital appropriations

？ Develop maintenance plan for all facility equipment and keep closely monitor it so as to guarantee the facility under good condition.

Management

work and mange facility management vendor to supervise, monitor and ensure the facility to be managed well

under good conditions in terms of maintenance and continually support Ops so as to 100% match

business requirements

Hold regularly review meeting with facility management vendor to review vendor performance achieve or fail KPI target, work together with vendor to work out correct plan and monitor it be implement.

Fully communicate with Ops and per Ops production agenda to arrange facility related job in right time with reasonable supervise.

Financial

？ Responsible for facility OPEX, CAPEX yearly budget, monthly budget forecast and responsible for

 monitoring the actual vs. budgeted cost, analyze and recommend cost saving methodology.

System and Processes

？ Know well the Ops processes in DC so as to cooperate with Ops teams to guarantee physical operation

Knowledge

        Familiar with facility daily work, have enough knowledge about boiler/electrical appliances and other equipment  which are involved in facility daily work.

The responsibilities are not limited to the above, the job holder will also follow other work assigned by his/her

immediate supervisor.

KPI

？ Budget and forecast accuracy.

？ Quick response to internal and external customers requirements

Experience / Skills Required

？ Good communication and interpersonal skills

？ Stable personality, clear career plan and spirit developing with project together

？ Strongly practical experience in property / construction management would be a must.

？ University degree

？ Competency with Excel and Word.

？ Experience with Auto CAD is highly desirable
