Job Responsibilities 岗位职责:

1）As the local team leader to drive the sales team achieving both personal targets as well as the 

team targets set/assigned at the beginning of the fiscal year.

作为本地销售团队领导，帮助销售团队完成财年初设定的个人指标和团队指标。

2)    Responsible to develop and executive the sales strategy for the company, in the manner of 

mainly local sales.

负责发展和执行公司的销售战略，主要是本地销售的方面。

3)    Responsible to recruit, train/build up and measure (incentive program) the sales force upon 

KPI pre-defined and set.

负责销售的招聘，培训/组建和通过既定的 KPI 来考评销售（激励方案）。

4)     Work with Product/BU heads to develop and promote the new products at different locations 

and markets in China, e.g. contract logistics and multimodal transportation

和产品/事业部总监一起开发和推进在中国不同地区和市场的新产品，例如：合同物流和多式联运。

5)    To guide and lead the local sales team approaching NVO accounts (as 2PL) and domestic 

customers (as 3PL).

指导并领导本地销售团队联系NVO 客户（第二方物流）和国内客户（第三方物流）。

6)    To make sure Zero bad debts by tightening up the AR process

通过收紧AR 进程来确保零坏账。

7)    Vertical industry BD experience in contract logistics including Healthcare, automotive, 

IT,FMCG  and e-commerce and etc. and expertise in :

同行业合同物流板块的客户开发经验，尤其包括：医疗保健，汽车，计算机，快消，电商等

？     Inbound logistic services include unloading and palletizing, checking the goods for defects 

and damage, registration of serial numbers or items and putting away your products to the assigned 

racking or bin locations.

入仓物流服务包括卸货和打托，检视货物的瑕疵和损坏，登记序列号或条目，并将您的产品放置到指定的大小货架或储位中。

bulk storage, shelf and bin locations as well as the conventional rack storage in a wide variety of 

location sizes.

？     Warehousing services in non-bonded areas, for pure domestic flows (China to China) as well as 

international flow which do not require a bonded zone or through our trading service.

非保税区域的仓储服务，单纯的国内到国内的物流，以及国际物流，但不通过保税区域和贸易服务。

Requirement  胜任要求 :

●    Bachelor Degree above

本科及以上学历

●    Good command of both English and Mandarin is a MUST, with 2nd foreign language even better

良好的英语和普通话是必要条件，会第二门外语更佳

●    Active and Energetic, Good management skill, Willing to share

●    At  least  8-10  years  experience  in  the field of 2PL or  3PL industry, with no  less than  

3  years managing local sales team including supervisors and executives.

至少 8-10 年第二方物流、第三方物流领域的经验，不少于 3 年管理本地销售团队的经验，包括主管和专

员。
