工作职责:

We are looking for a Product Developer , MAKE UP ARTIST to the Beauty team in Shanghai

Do you have a passion for beauty products and love to work with product development? Then we are looking for you to join our Production team in Shanghai.

As H&M is growing so we need a new colleague who together with the rest of the team will focus on the development for Makeup/Body/Accessories products. The team today consists of different competencies such as R&D, Developer, Production merchandiser, Quality assurance, Sourcing responsible and we are now looking for an experienced Product Developer.

We are looking for a person who is able to:

Secure development, quotation process and the choice of supplier

Analyse the new requests and developments from BO and make sure all is clear. If not go back to Buying Office

and ask for clarification.

Suggest alternatives and work proactively in order to reach best price, quality and lead time. Work together with

R&D for trend and innovation and also Quality Assurance team

Send the development and quotation to suitable suppliers base on capacity strategy plan

Make Pre-risk assessment together with Quality Assurance team in pre-order stage

Follow company quotation method to handle all quotations

Work with R&D & Quality department to secure product quality.

Evaluate samples based on the performance, quality and price. Involve quality assurance team if necessary

Drive the developments based on the requests/brief/artwork from Buying office to ensure best options, qualities,

prices and lead time

Keep every stage in the development process as efficient as possible by working closely with the Production

merchandiser and keep Buying Office updated on status in a close dialogue with Buyers

Identify, develop and drive quality related issues with the quality team for Beauty to ensure safe quality products

on proposed formulations according to H&M Chemical restrictions

Work closely with Sourcing responsible / Capacity Assurance Team when searching for new suppliers

Collaboration with the rest of the team on Common goals

You will be reporting to the Product manager or Senior Merchandiser if any

Internal stakeholders will be Supply Chain organization including R&D, Production

Merchandisers, Capacity Assurance team, Quality Assurance team, Business

Controller and Buying Office

External stakeholders will be Suppliers

任职资格:

Education and Experience requirements

Background from the beauty/personal care industry in terms of manufacturing, purchasing

or research and development

Minimum 3 – 5 years’ experience in relevant role

Professional Make up artist preferred

Knowledge and Skills requirements

An extensive experience within cosmetics or similar, preferably developing Beauty finished products

Excellent command of English

An open mind to adapt to a fast pace and constant improving environment
