岗位职责:

? To be fully conversant with and abide by the relevant health bureau regulations in China related to fertility. To assist Chair of Reproductive Medicine to compile and apply for all regulatory requirements, including license renewal.
? Patient care – Including, welcoming patients, making appointments; guiding patients to the relevant department in the clinic; communicating lab results; responding to telephone enquiries and follow up accordingly; generally providing information to patients.
? Assist chair of reproductive medicine in his / her administrative duties, including: arranging doctors’ roster and recording physician’s leave; ensuring clinical and research data are up to date in the paper and electronic medical records.
? Audit medical record completion.
? Providing ongoing statistics for clinical activity and clinical outcomes.
? To assist in all administrative duties in the department, including organizing team meetings, keeping minutes, keeping the attendance register; creating and following relevant standard operating procedures, guidelines etc. relevant to administrative duties.
? To liaise with all other related departments in TJU and other UFH facilities as appropriate.

任职资格:

Knowledge:
? Knowledge of fertility patient flow desirable, though training will be given.
? To keep up to date with developments in the field of assisted conception and infertility generally.
? Knowledge of the computer and applications: Word, Excel, Power Point
? Understanding the meaning of quality in healthcare, and how to improve the quality of the service to the patient

Skills:
? Proficiency in written and oral English and Chinese essential
? Ability to exercise initiative, problem-solving.
? To have good organizational skills
? Detail- oriented person.
? Ability to work effectively with all related departments and staff of TJU and BJU
? Good customer service skills.
? Articulate presentation skills
