a) Order Processing & Fulfillment

采购订单操作及跟踪

？ 采购订单操作：

o 审核分公司提交订单，核对产品名称、价格及数量，审核签字完备；

o 与亚洲区客户沟通，回复客户询问,安排订单。

o 将订单输入系统；

o 执行订单签批流程，根据指示下采购订单给供应商及订单确认；

o 管理订单文件。

？ 跟踪订单的执行情况以及货物状况；

？ 与供应商进行采购方面的日常沟通工作；

？ 针对国内供应商，记录分公司发货、核对每月供应商账单及付款；

？ 负责系统收货、核算产品成本，出具成本单；

？ 负责维护采购报表、每月在途报告

？ FSC/PEFC产销链订单操作；

？ 协助总部供应链处理相关事务

b) Importing/Exporting Operation

进出口操作

？ 准备报关资料，配合报关行进行进出口货物的清关工作；当货物发至中转港时做补料工作及确认提单，并安排支付相关费用；

？ 日常追踪进出口清关状况；

？ 在亚洲区域（兄弟公司间）处理询货、采购、销售等事宜；

？ 依据公司规定归档保管海关进出口文件；

？ 配合财务部门完成税单及清关费用的成本核算。

c) Complaint & Claim

投诉及索赔

？ 协调分公司，处理与供应商间的投诉及索赔等事宜

Qualifications（任职资格）::

？ 大专及以上学历；

？ 大学英语4级以上，读写熟练，听说良好；

？ 具备进出口报关经验；熟悉进出口贸易流程

？ 物流/供应链或外贸专业优先

？ 2年及以上相关工作经验

？ 熟练掌握office软件的使用（excel及其他）

？ 良好的沟通能力，抗压能力

？ 操作过ERP软件，通过简单培训可以迅速上岗
