JOB DUTIES:

    

1.Responsible for customs declaration documents verification and preparation (Invoice, packing list, Contract, shipping documents) for all import materials based on Customs policy. Indicate the declaration method, supervision mode, HS code, Customs declaration elements of each import materials before customs declaration.

    

2.Follow up with forwarder/ broker and multiple internal parties to monitor the transportation status of import cargos and customs declaration status closely, coordinate with broker/ warehouse to schedule the cargo delivery plan efficiently. 

    

3.Responsible for Tax-free equipment customs declaration, monitor and control the status of  each tax-free equipment timely until the time limit of customs supervision.

    

4.Coordinate and deal with the issues occurred during inbound customs declaration.

    

5.Update and distribute the release notification of import materials to related departments.

    

6.Verify the freight and related cost of each import shipments occurred at destination.

    

7.Validate the broker service cost & freight and process the payment.

    

8. Other tasks which supervisor assigned.

        

BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE:

     

1. College degree or above. International trade education background is preferred.

    

2. At least 2 years logistics working experience or equivalent experience.

    

3. Strong analytical and problems resolving skills, Excellent teamwork.

    

4. Familiar with excel, PPT, words software etc.

    

5. Good communication skills, good reading and writing in English.

    

6. Work independently and able to take the challenge and pressure
