职位描述

Position Focus: Commercial ownership of assigned programme(s) combined with growth and margin improvement


Job Description: 

1. Identify & manage new business opportunities

2. Build up reliable customer relationships at decision maker level

3. Manage Sales Account with P&L responsibility via pricing maintenance and profitability ownership 

4. Negotiate series projects and contracts with customers

5. Manage negotiation and closure of commercial issues with timely conclusion

6. Improve programme profitability (margin improvement)

7. Negotiate Engineering change requests

8. Maintain internal reporting (Plant improvement plans, growth plans, APR’s, LPMP, etc.)

9. Support PAR approval’s

10. Report out programme commercial status to senior level 

11. Create strong Sales link with cross-functional team

12. Support material excess management

 

Qualification:

13. BS in one of these: Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering

a. Other degrees will be considered based on individual’s specific experience and history

14. Fluent in English and Chinese

15. Minimum of eight (8) years working experience. Preferred recent employer(s):

b. Adient / CRH / Keiper / YFAdient / YF

c. Faurecia

d. Magna

e. HAPM

f. Toyoda Boshoku

g. Chang'an

h. Ford

i. PATAC/SGM

j. Bosch

16. Must have direct knowledge of sales

17. Must have won at least three programs

18. Must be comfortable interacting with global co-workers (business conducted in English)

19. Must be flexible with extending working hours in the evening

20. Professional and confident approach

21. Flexible to travel to USA and within China

22. Experience interacting with clients in all global regions

23. Experience in dealing with Finance and understanding of financial metrics

24. Experience with tooling and capital

25. Able to report commercial status to internal hierarchy 

26. Computer Skills (1->5 with 5 being expert)

a. Excel  4 – 5

b. PowerPoint 4 – 5

c. MS Project 5

d. Word  >= 3

2. Worked 7+ years in Automotive seating business or high complexity automotive commodity

3. Languages:  English
