岗位职责：

1.负责制定设备使用、养护、维修等相关规章制度，并对制度的执行情况进行监督;

2.对设备进行评估，确定设备运行或者操作技术问题，对设备进行维修和改造，保证生产设备正常运行和生产计划能顺利进行;

3.根据实际生产及技术需要，提请设备采购计划;

4.组织进行设备改造、攻关研讨会，并组织进行相关技术培训;

5.负责对下属员工的工作指导以及工作考核评审工作;

任职资格：

1. 本科以上学历，工科背景。

2. 具有3年以上维修管理经验及团队管理经验，能对下属进行技术指导；

3. 具有解决问题的能力，能对问题进行准确的分析和判断，通过多种途径和方式来解决企业经营中的各类技术问题；

4. 具备学习能力，能快速理解并接受新鲜事物、新观念，并用于分析和解决问题；

5. 具有良好的语言表达及沟通能力。

· Main responsibilities

1. Responsible for formulating rules and regulations related to the use, maintenance and repair of equipment, and supervising the implementation of the rules and regulations;

2. Evaluate the equipment, determine the equipment operation or technical problems, maintain and modify the equipment, and ensured the normal operation of the production equipment and the smooth progress of the production plan;

3. Submit equipment purchase plan according to actual production and technical requirements;

4. Organize seminars on equipment transformation and solve key problems, and organize relevant technical training;

5. Responsible for the work guidance and assessment of the subordinate;

Job requirements

1. Bachelor degree or above, engineering background.

2. More than 3 years of maintenance management experience and team management experience, able to provide technical guidance to subordinates;

3. Have the ability to solve problems, can accurately analyze and judge problems, and solve various technical problems in enterprise operation through a variety of ways and means;

4. Have the ability to learn, can quickly understand and accept new things, new ideas, and used to analyze and solve problems;

5. Good language expression and communication skills.
