About The Job Responsibilities

Product launch execution

- Key contact to internal PM, collect and consolidate marketing assets from Marketing and products , develop product highlight content and image for online store

- Establish product eligibility, categorization and campaign, provide solid product information to help EC teams to develop business

- Base on platform activation request to work with PM/MKT and EC TP to create the suitable content for exposure and traffic resource and also dig out the modification plan by data analysis based on EC

Website content control and development

- Provide assets and guideline for agency to develop content

- Communication with branding team , improve visual of online store and get approval for branding team regarding key highlight information and image

Analysis and Reporting

- Base on product launch and promotion plan of online store , provide full package of analysis , define product eligibility and opportunity of sales like Tmall promotion , provide stock preparation and OTB improvement

About The People Requirements

- College and above

- Good sense of Retail business , understood the merchandising metrics

- Able to develop a merchandising plan for a channel base on the channel strategy and secure sell-thru performance

- Knowledge of Internet marketplace , understanding of unique promotion mechanism of online market and able to build specific merchandising strategy and stock preparation

- Sports enthusiast with consumer insight

- Positive and proactive attitude is a must
