What is Production? It

s the place where design ideas are transformed into actual products. We are in over 20 sourcing markets and are the direct point of contact for local suppliers. We work to ensure our products are of good quality and produced at the best price and in a sustainable way.

Is this your next challenge?

As the Merchandiser in Home, you are the product owner accountable for securing the best deal for products and you own the full process from product development until the shipment of orders. On a daily basis, you will work with the development, quotation and order follow-up processes according to our set strategy, to optimize the production flow. In your team, you partner up with colleagues working with Quality, Material and Technical solutions - it’s truly a team effort! Our shared goal is to have all our products produced with maximum quality and speed, optimum pricing and transported at the correct time, in a sustainable way.

Of course, you can’t do all this by yourself! There’s a great team of people that you will collaborate with, both locally and internationally, who will share your ambition and help you achieve your goals. Reporting to the Product Manager, you will interact with our Home main market team, as well as our Buying Office in Sweden and external suppliers.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone that has a collaborative mindset, strong negotiation skills and drive to make sure we have the best deal for each product. We believe that you are a problem solver and constantly looking for ways for suppliers and our team to innovate and improve in the way we work. Communication skills will also be a key element when deciding who we will hire for the role as you will need to build relationships globally across Production and our Buying Office in Sweden.
