PURPOSE:

Responsible for implementation of multiple retail operation training approaches to ensure that all trainings can be locally put into practice in the most effective and efficient way for the Omni channel.

RESPONSIBILITIES / ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Work with Retail/Wholesale/e-Com/Product team to implement the practical and appropriate training program to meet diversified training needs.
• According to training plan, deliver the training curriculum, follow-up and outcome to check and track the training impact.
• Develop the multiple training approaches to fulfill the developing training request that could comply with market changes.
• Refine Mystery Shopping Program, working closely with the service provider and brand training team/operation team to ensure all brands’ service at the consistent and high level.
• Develop online courseware and maintain backend database.
• Monitor training programs and evaluate effectiveness to ensure ongoing feedback and improvement in place.
• Maintain updated training database and devise technical guidelines to better monitor and enhance training productivity.
• Define and evaluate the effective training platforms, tools and track for the continuous improvements.
• Conduct onsite training and coaching for retail and wholesale stores.

REQUIREMENTS (education, experience, competencies and specific job requirements):

1. Education：

   Bachelor degree holder

2. Experience：

   Over 3-5 years training experience，retail focus is preferred

3. Knowledge, technical/professional skill:

• Familiar with field sales operation especially of apparel industry
• Excellent Training facilitation & presentation skill
• Detail oriented, patient and good interpersonal skills
• Skilled in MS Office and/or apple system

1. Language Skill:

   Good in both written and oral English

2. Others:

   Main Core Competencies：
