职位描述
岗位职责：
1. 起草各项物流服务质量管理规定或标准作业流程；
2. 定期或不定期开展流程执行情况检查、监督、评估工作，并对检查结果进行汇总整理、分析，对违规事项整改进行跟踪、验证；
3. 定期对员工进行流程的培训和考核；
4. 完成上级交代的其他工作。
任职要求：
1. 三年以上物流行业，物流咨询或企业供应链物流部门的工作经验，有参与项目经验；
2. 应用数学或统计学，物流学，运输管理等相关专业本科及以上学历；
3. 能用英语沟通阅读和书写优先；
4. 了解六西格玛及ISO相关知识，有ISO内审员资格证书、注册精益六西格玛职业证书者优先。
