The Production Supervisor will be based in Shanghai to control and improve the matrix of the facility, includes efficiency and utilization etc.

PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES主要责任
§ Supervise production lines and dispose production lines on daily bisis;
§ Take care of operators and keep high morale of the team, in order to achieve quality and production goals;
§ Initiate and push lean manufacturing;
§ Continuously improve efficiency and utilization;
§ Maintain Lutron dragon fly project and keep a safety working environment;
§ Key member of ISO team;
§ Play an active role in new products introduction and transfer;
§ Submit various production reports on time.

REQUIREMENT 岗位要求
§ Number of years experience required: 5+ years
§ 2+ years supervising experience
§ Must have manufacturing background and is familiar with the mass production environment
§ Understanding of electronics manufacturing is a plus, SMT knowledge is preferred.
§ Very good English communication skill
§ Knowledge of ISO and ERP is preferred
