About Infra, H&M

Infra is a new initiative which aims to leverage the core assets of the H&M Group to help create the rising stars of tomorrow in the fashion space.

Is this your next challenge?

As the technical designer, you will be responsible to develop designs and if possible, also prints, for all the Infra brands as well as securing the products from start to end together with the responsible teams.

You need to develop and secure the products/collections based on trends and demand from the Infra brands - keeping in mind their differences in fashion and price levels.

Support the Global technical team to secure equal fit and grading across all markets based on the brands need and goal.

Optimize and keep every stage in the development process as efficient as possible. Follow up on samples when required and ensure that the developments are delivered correctly and on time.

任职资格:

Provide technical problem-solving help to the brands and Infra teams when needed. Be able to suggest alternative solutions, cost conscious options and provide instructions to the teams to help achieve the right result for the right price.

Follow the trends released by the White room as well as searching for inspiration online and develop new designs based on the upcoming trends. Provide designs in pre-season as well as in-season that matches their need.

Familiarize yourself with the brands and their customer to ensure you have the right understanding of their cost levels, fashion level and quality and making standards.

Work with Illustrator, photoshop (and if possible 3D programs) for design & artwork creations.

You need to be open minded and prestige-less as we are working with several brands at the same time. This is a fast-paced team, so you need to be flexible in your way of working and be ready to have different projects running at the same time.
