高级工料测量师(/高级造价员/造价师Senior Quantity Surveyor, SQS)

1. 工程造价、工程管理、建筑经济、土木工程或者工民建、给排水、建筑电气、机电一体化、暖通或者建筑设备等之工程或建筑类专业；

2. 了解定额及工程量清单计价规范，以及建筑工程施工规范及图集；

3. 熟练广联达钢筋及图形计算软件，熟悉广联达计价软件；

4. 良好的职业操守，为人踏实、细心、耐心、尽职尽责，能承受较大工作压力；

5. 具有良好的谈判交涉能力及沟通能力；

6. 带领团队独立完成项目，为客户提供造价估算、招标文件及清单编制、评标报告、中标通知书及合同文件制定、变更估价、中期批款、财务报告及最终结算等专业服务。

7. 外资测量师事务所工作背景者优先考虑；

8. 英文熟练者优先考虑；
