- For our Industry Sector in NANJING,we are looking for a SNC I DT Import Management Officer (Nanjing) 西门子数控（南京）有限公司 进口管理专员.

What are my responsibilities?

1) Forwarder management of Import: It faces to forwarder contact for all import cargo transportation and urgent case tracking, etc. daily operation. International freight, storage fee and domestic freight setting; claim issues; .Transportation KPI control and reporting.

2) Duty-Exempt Equipment management: Duty-Exempt Equipment Application and following tracing; ledger maintenance & Stocktaking & following verification of Duty-free Equipment with BA/FF.

3) Export Control and Classification affair: Products and semi-products Classification as well as timely maintain in SAP systems with all Export Control code including raw materials of SNC. CCM_EC Tool Maintenance and tracking; Credit evaluate for Customers and Vendors in SAP. Analysis and release from block cases of Export Control issue. License handling of Export Control.

What do I need to qualify for this job?

- SAP operation experience

- International trading knowledge and thoroughly understand INCOTERMS

- More than 5 years working experience, it’s better on import & Export position management experience

- Customs & CIQ law and regulations knowledge

- Export Control knowledge

- Strong sense of responsibility and Good communication and coordination capability

- Fluent both in written and spoken English

- Bachelor degree or above

What else do I need to know?

- Intercultural experience

- Computer & Be accomplished in office software

- It better have certificate of Customs Declarer
