Purpose & general responsibilities of the position:

* Service levels: ensure flawless customer service to ensure client retention through the achievement of agreed KPI's. We will not lose any clients through service level failures.
* Deliver the results: work closely with your manager to deliver the budget.

Specific responsibilities of the position:

* Jointly deliver each client's budget with internal/external parties
* Communicate with clients effectively and efficiently
* Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
* Meet or exceed each client 's KPIs
* Ensure client's SOP followed and executed
* Maintain IOP
* Report to your manager in case of any deviation of IOP or client's SOP
* Ensure administration workflow is aligned with operational workflow
* Update client's daily requests to operation manager
* Document daily operational documents
* Produce reports in a timely manner and accurately
* Maintain records and provide information whenever necessary
* Instruct suppliers' to follow SOP and to achieve KPI
* Identify opportunities for improvements and make recommendations

Measurement / success criteria of the position:

* Be measured on assigned key performance indicators (KPIs)
* Achieve the objectives/target established in the performance appraisal form.
* Live, drive and implement our values in all of its aspects.

* Strong commercial and business awareness

* Good communication skill
* Good command of English
* Good understanding of finance and accounting
