Job responsibilities:
? Establish the policies and procedures to manage all the risk not related to credit for retail and wholesale businesses including policy rules, verifications and documentation requirements. These Risks are mainly: Operational Risk, Liquidity Risk, Fraud, Legal and Compliance Risk.
? Work closely with CRO to ensure the correct implementation and optimization of policies and procedures. Establish control measures and reporting to ensure high level of quality in decisions.
? Ensure high level of communication, collaboration and training across all the departments of the company.
? Ensure all policies/procedures and decisions are aligned with regulatory authorities and overall company policies.
? Collect, formulate and recommend the changes of the policies based on regulations, market information and the feedback from other departments such as Operations, Finance and Sales.
? Manage the secretary of Credit Risk Committee, including preparation of the agenda/all documentation and production of minutes.

Job requirements:
? University degree or above holder.
? At least 7 years of Risk Management and 5 years in the auto financing industry.
? Experience of auto finance lending to individuals and/or SME segments, in an AFC or commercial bank or Leasing company.
? Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written English and Mandarin.
