? 英语说,写流利Fluent in English speaking and writing
? 会成本分析和P&L方面有所了解 Cost analysis and understanding of Profit & Loss (P&L)
? 对质量系统要有基本知识TS16949 Basic degree of knowledge of quality system (e.g. TS16949)
? 能够口译专业术语包括(图片和旅程)Able to interpret technical information i.e. drawings and journals
? 有国际贸易经验者 优先 International trade experienced person preferred

职责范围scope of official duties 衡量标准judging standards
1. FEP 新项目的跟踪:发布RFQ给供应商(报价要求)以及对技术和业务要求的跟踪。分析成本差异和向经理和队伍里成员发布报告
FEP follow up for the new project: Release RFQ (Request of Quotation) to the suppliers and follow up technical and commercial requirements. Analyze cost differences and report to the manager and NPI team
2. 对指定的供应商要负责,以及每年商品的减价洽谈,包括通常术语和协议条件以及其他商务协议。
Responsible for assigned suppliers’ and commodities’ negotiation for annual price reduction, General Terms and Condition agreement and other commercial agreement
3.负责项目前期物料之订单及时发出给供应商并跟催采购进度,以配合项目进度的正常实施;taking charging of material order before the projects and send the notice to suppliers and urge the suppliers process, so that matching the process of projects can be normally implemented
4 . 新供应商发展和介绍
New supplier development and introduction
5. 建立和更新采购部件成本数据以及每月更新采购员对每种商品的报告
Build & update purchasing parts cost data base and update monthly buyer’s report for each commodities
6.和海外集团交流并且积极回应他们的询问
Communicate with Overseas Group companies and support their inquiries
7. 接收供应商发票并及时做发票入帐处理;receive invoice of suppliers and deal with entry of invoice in time
8.每月制订N+3的现金用款计划;make N+3 cash plan every month .
9.完成上级交办的各项任务。Accomplish every task assigned by leaders
