工作职责:

You are responsible for supporting the Sales & Profit for the Area and new business by setting and implementing an FM strategy to deliver a Great Customer Experience in line with the H&M Group goals and Country Facility Management focuses.

You support the Area and New Business by effectively and efficiently ensuring the delivery of FM Services for H&M Group that:

- contributes to commercially attractive, well performing, and safe properties for customers and colleagues

- secures the expected lifetime of the properties

- contributes to the sustainability goals

all at the lowest possible long term cost.

You work in accordance with legal requirements and H&M Group standards, policies and procedures to meet the expectations of customers and colleagues for all brands.
