Responsibilities:
1) Take charge of the compilation and update of the SOP & JSA for the production stations, and arrange training to the relevant employees, ensure that all technical process and quality requirements are followed. 负责生产岗位SOP和JSA的编制和更新，并对相关人员进行培训，确保员工遵循技术工艺和质量规定. 2) Take charge of the process management, process trouble shooting, and arrange training to the relevant employees. 负责生产工艺的管理，现场工艺问题的处理，并对相关人员进行培训。 3) Work with the operations manager and process supervisor to do HAZOP and train the relevant employees. Assist to build up and update the PSM system and ensure the system to be carried out correctly. 参与工艺安全分析，并对相关人员进行培训，确保工厂工艺安全。建立完善的工厂工艺安全管理体系，确保体系得到正确实施。 4) Involved in the modification projects in the plant. Assist to project design, construction check, project commission, and project start-up. Ensure the modifications to accord with the process and operation requirement. 参与工厂技术改造项目，协调工程验收、试运行及正式开工生产工作，确保技术改造符合工艺要求和操作要求，改造项目顺利投入使用。 5) Involved in to develop the ISO and SAQ in the department, and ensure the ISO and SAQ to be carried out correctly. 参与推进部门ISO和SAQ等体系的发展，确保部门在ISO和SAQ方面按要求运行。 6) Work with the operations manager and process supervisor to push Lean and Six Sigma and carry out relevant improvement projects in the operations department. Make the production develop in high efficiency and low waste through the process optimization. 在运营部推行Lean和Six Sigma体系，并实施相关改进项目，优化生产工艺和流程，促使生产高效低耗发展。 7) Work with project team to review design and to do 3D model review 与项目部们合作，审核基本设计和3D模型的设计. 8) Provide optimization suggestions to project team or operations team. 向项目部或运营部提供优化方案和建议。 9) Maintain run database running and OEE improvement. 维护生产运营的run database和OEE的提高。
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree in chemical engineering or similar education 本科学历，化学工程或化工机械等相关专业。 2. Process safety knowledge in chemical plant. 在具备化工企业工艺安全知识。 3. Lean or Six Sigma knowledge. 具备Lean或Six Sigma知识。 4. 5 years of experience in chemical technique or production practice and management, perfect work experience in multinational. 5年以上化工领域技术或生产实践和管理经验(有跨国公司工作经验者更佳)。 5. Experience in process safety analysis and management. 具有工艺安全分析和管理经验。 6. Good skill in use of word, excel, PPT etc. 熟练的电脑应用技能。 7. Effective communication skill both written and verbal in English. 在英文的写作和口语方面进行有效沟通的能力。
