· Job Responsibilities:

Ø Independently manage appointed KA and identify & develop potential business opportunities and projects by effectively approach; responsible for margin performance

Ø To continually ensure to develop strong and productive relationships with customers wherever possible meeting their needs, creating a high degree of customer satisfaction.

Ø Formulate Sales and Customer Services Strategy, implement the strategies to reach the targets;

Ø Analyze and define account growth opportunities and market intelligence, make proper suggestions to superior for decision making;

Ø Assist regional KA team on local communication and project follow up

Ø Establish sales channel and plan according to the development strategies for KA;

Ø Deal with related system input and report submission to regional KA team

Ø Closely work with the related Dept. to provide accounts excellent service; Provide key communication linkage among sales, marketing and other functions;

Ø Increase sales from targeted accounts under effective tracking.

Skills/Qualifications:

Ø Bachelor’s degree;

Ø Minimum 5 years sales experience in B to B industry;

Ø Strong in organization, presentation and communication;

Ø Creative thinking, problem solving and analytical mindset;

Ø Familiar with customer behavior, project operation and market trend;

Ø Target-oriented and able to work under pressure;

Ø Good PC skills.
