Accountable and reporting to the North China property lead to develop business in North China (supporting other business units as requested) with primary responsibility to co-ordinate and develop new business opportunities with new customers in Beijing.

Supporting the China business generation manager in all corporate business generation requirements.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Clients:

• Develop relationships and facilitate introductions for directors and sector leaders to new target clients and assist to develop relationships with key clients/partners;

• Be responsible to maintain and update the client’s contact database;

• Develop new initiatives to improve rapport with clients, partners etc.;

• Plan, develop and implement business opportunities with new and existing clients/partners;

• Responsible for clients feedback/care process;

2. Marketing:

• Conduct Beijing/North marketing analysis (clients, competitor analysis). Assist the Director to devise strategies to enter the identified target clients and conduct the meeting;

• Prepare marketing collaterals for reaching out to the target clients/markets;

• Assist with Business Generation Manager to organise and run marketing event

• Research, plan and coordinate to attend the industrial events/seminar;

3. Bid

• Support the Beijing office with bids and manage the bidding process accordingly;

   

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above

• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in marketing, business development and key account management;

• Proven ability to manage and develop relationships with all levels of management in clients’ organization;

• Preferred experience in construction consulting, design firms, etc;

• Team work and multiple functional/task working skills with passion for excellence;

• Above average ability to communicate in English both oral and written. Overseas education or experience will be an advantage

• Strong word processing skills (MS Word & PowerPoint) to ensure quality collaterals and pre-qual/bid submissions.

Good communication skills (written and presentation) and have basic knowledge of real estate and/or construction industry
