职位描述

Primary Accountability 基本职责

Manage sales effort in assigned PB industry on team level.
以团队为主管理指定盘柜行业内的销售计划。
Achieve financial targets (sales, OpEx, GM%) by developing and coaching sales engineers.
指导及培训销售人员,以完成指定的财政指标(销售额,运营成本,利润率)


Key Accountabilities 重要职责

1. Service existing account(s)

Maintain relationships and monitor business

Monitor Customer service levels
监督客户服务水平
Help and solve the problems/issues the sales engineers are facing
帮助销售人员解决具体的问题。
Oversee the provision of customer relations

2. Develop new relationships with customer(s) by

Identify accounts and research their current business
确立客户并研究他们的现有业务
Develop relationship with decision makers and key influencers

Promote company’s product catalog and franchised products

Work out customer proposal for Single Sourcing solutions

3. Gives technical assistance and provides support on customer site
在客户现场给予技术援助并提供支持。

4. Receives RFQ from customer and quotes prices for orders obtained.
接收客户询价并为获得的订单报价。

5. Ensure date of delivery to customer, based on knowledge of delivery schedules.
根据发货日程表,确保向客户发货的日期。

6. Fulfils training requirements.
完成培训要求。

7. Maintain PB industry, market and product knowledge.
保持对行业、市场和产品的知识。
