职位描述
基本要求：
紧固件行业工艺基本知识（detailed process knowledge），3年以上紧固件制造或质量工程师工作经验；
了解TS/16949五大核心工具，紧固件行业相关标准要求；
有生产一线质量问题沟通和处理经验，有较强的责任心和抗压能力，能适应特殊情况加班和出差；
有客户端问题处理经验及良好的沟通能力，熟练掌握8d问题解决方法，细心有逻辑性思维分及动手能力；
熟练运用质量分析及改进工具5W2H Questions、Is/Is Not Table、Pareto
Chart、 Fishbone diagram, and understanding how to apply；
统计方面基本知识，需要常用到数据收集分析（SPC、CPK等）
英语一般阅读及写作能力(顾客标准及邮件)；
掌握相关检验和试验设备测试原理及能熟练使用；
