JOB SUMMARY

The Senior Test Engineer will be able to technically lead cross functional team on new NPI project. This role is responsible to ensure test phase gate technical milestones are met and for making sure the specification requirements inputs and outputs align.

This role is the leader of Test technical for New Project till transfer to mass production.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· Meet the requirements of Senior Camera Test Engineer.

· Considered a SME (Subject Matter Expert) in Camera Module field.

· Represents Jabil Engineering Services in technical customer discussions / meetings.

· Works with Project Manager Engineering Services in the quoting process.

· Provides technical input to help identify and solve test project risks that may affect overall project plans and schedules.

· Is expected to support the development and utilization of test process.

- Lead of new project Camera test engineering including test reviews, test verification requirement & Spec developments, implementation, supplier feedback, requirements for implementation, transfer test to manufacturing team.

· Mentors Sr. Engineers and below

· Provides onsite camera test technical support for all NPI builds including engineering prototypes, NPI till production releases.

· Stays abreast of the latest camera test technology and techniques to provide designs that are competitive and cost effective.

· Supports management in identifying internal and external resources to support camera test development/analysis.

REQUIEMENTS:

· Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited four-year college or university

· Minimum of 5 years of Test engineering experience

· Minimum of 2 years experience as a Sr. Camera Test Engineer

· Know well camera module hardware tester setup & test parameters

· Have Lean Kaizen, 6 Sigma, Poka-Yoke high volume production concept.

· Have good English & Chinese, able to communicate well with both China & US customer. Communicate well with Supplier to deliver new tester

· Good Technical Leading Skills in running camera module NPI. Able to do Camera failure analysis & test debugging.

· Plus if have software C++, Open CV, Matlab, Imatest, Arduino, Raspberry PI knowledge.
