职位描述

Duty:

A Regional Project Manager is managing multi-stores with special focus on transforming rate improvement to support the sales growth of the region. He/She will take the full responsibility of:

-His/her region stores’ average TR % and assigned growth rate

-Support RD/RM/retail support on the TR action plan execution in the store, be able to provide insight, feedback and suggestions to RD/RM/RS on the TR improvement.

-To work with store teams, training team, area trainers, DMs/RMs/RDs to improve selling skill, floor management, service attitude, team morale. Customer experiences survey result will be the KPI to look.

 

Responsibilities:  

Budget and Financial Results

1.Responsible for regional TR performance, customer program result, number of customer complain (service attitude related)

2.Improve floor management skill of the regional stores, ensure productivity is in line with national standard.

3.Follow up with the problem areas highlighted in upgraded customer program, improve regional stores’ ACE index.

4.Give constructive feedback to RD/RM concerning sales growth in his/her region

 

Communication

1.Store visit, coach and train store manager and BA on floor management and service attitude to deliver good TR result. Align action plan with store manager.

2.Analysis TR KPI report, trace stores’ TR performance on daily and weekly basis. Attend RD/RM’s weekly meeting to share the key findings from the TR % tracking and store visit, and the action plans aligned with store manager.

3.Monthly update with TR task force leader on regional result, share good practice and identify opportunities and action plan.

4.Visit the local competitors including department store, boutique and other cosmetic stand-alone store. Share good practice with regional team.

5.Support HR to develop or update the relevant training material where needed; work with training team on floor management and selling skill training, ensure the training executed well, and good follow up after training.

Qualifications

 

-Knowledge, skills required

?Excellent selling skills, expert of product and customer service

?Great Communicator and have good analytical skills

?Cosmetic experience desirable

?Proficient in Windows, Word, Excel, Powerpoint

 

Experience Required

?3 years of store manager experiences, with good sales and TR record

?XL store experience is preferred

 

Requirement of the Job

?Willingness to work flexible hours to answer store’s urgent request & business needs at any time

?Verbally communicate with clients and store employees in a clear manner

?Operate POS and personal computer and calculator

?Write memos, performance reviews, etc

?Consistent and reliable attendance

?Willing to travel intensively
