8.0 PREREQUISITES
8.1 Bachelor's degree (B.Sc.) in Industrial/Mechanical Engineering with 5+ years experiences
8.2 Hand-on , self-starting individual with strong interpersonal integration , influencing , business and technical skills.
8.3 Experience as a team leader
8.4 Experience in EMS is a plus

9.0 JOB DESCRIPTION
9.1 Senior IE in Work cell
9.1.1 Develop/sustain/improve all assembly processes
9.1.2 Time study analysis/Line balancing study/Lean manufacturing
9.1.3 Own and drive yield improvement programs
9.1.4 Own and drive the machine downtime improvement programs
9.1.5 Box build quotation and product line set-up
9.1.6 Maintain capacity model , identify the bottlenecks and drive capacity improvements
9.1.7 Assure accurate work instructions and visual aids are available
9.1.8 Accurate assembly operation training for operator
9.1.9 Assure production tooling , equipment and workstation are available and maintained
9.1.10 Monitor and continuously improve the daily efficiency , productivity and quality of manufacturing processes for assigned areas
9.1.11 Improve safety and throughput by modifying tooling , process fixture and work stations
9.1.12 Reduce manual assembly scrap by monitoring quality data and taking corrective Action to improve or correct the operations
9.1.13Analyze work force utilization , facility layout and operational data such
as production cost , process flow chart , and production schedule to determine efficient utilization of workers and tooling/fixture
9.1.14 Recommend methods for improving workers efficiency and reducing waste of materials and utilities such as restructuring job duties , re-organizing work flow , re-locating work stations and equipment , make special tooling or fixture
