JOB DESCRIPTION

1 Recruit and maintain a high-caliber work force appropriate to business
needs.
2 Develop, motivate and challenge all team members to perform to their full potential, providing direct and timely feedback in formal and informal media.
3 Monitor and evaluate the level of involvement and success of the Quality Engineering activities and their impact on the continuous improvement of process yields and efficiencies. Provide the appropriate level of feedback, support and coaching.
4 Provide support to all functions to ensure that appropriate corrective and preventive measures are taken and implemented on a timely basis.
5 Evaluate and schedule appropriate training programs and/or seminar for the Quality Engineering staff.
6 Ensure plant wide ESD Controls and Product Regulatory requirements are established, monitored and maintained.
7 Make a supervision on sorting waste.
8 Ensure operators wear personal protective equipment in practice ( if applicable )
9 Be responsible for arranging operators to attend occupational disease medical examination, fire exercise and EHS training
10 Be responsible for operators' post- level EHS training.

11 Be cooperative with our companies' EHS activities.
