职位描述

Principal Responsibilities:
1. Roll out all projects in talent management and performance management and implement plans in the areas of
coaching / mentoring and competency development programs.
2. Responsible for Individual Development and Career Planning, aligning with business and operations strategies and objectives.
3. Provide consultative support to functional managers in the development of short-term and long term succession planning. Ensure effective process, tools and programs are in place to provide necessary talent development with specific emphasis on Leadership Development programs to improve bench strength of the key positions.
4. Partner with HR Manager,Recruitment and Reward to maintain an effective Performance Management process that
will support the development of a high performing team and organization culture.
5. Formulate strategy to identify training & development needs and prioritize the needs and properly managing constraints, support business development objectives.
6. Work closely with dept. manager for training needs analysis at all levels and provide professional support in implementation and facilitate the evaluation of training effectiveness, making training a tool for colleague development, which will ultimately support organizational development.
7. Develop, formulate and provide high quality, cost-effective programs both in house and external to meet the training & development needs that lead to enhance
employee performance and achieve company goals and objectives. .
8.Develop plans and execute to enhance employees understanding and acceptance of company vision, values,management goals and objectives.
9. Manage and participate in planning, developing, recommending, and implementing employee relations programs and maintains policies to ensure the uniform and equitable treatment of employees. Gathers information on employees' attitudes and feelings about factors affecting worker morale, motivation, and efficiency via attitude survey and report findings to management. Suggest solutions to improve organization effectiveness.
10. Establish network relationship with professional consulting company to get sufficient and suitable resources for update people and organization development concept/trend.
11. Establish and upkeep regional training and development and ER policy & procedure to meet management requirement and training resources information management.
12.Take up assignments as delegated by supervisor.

Requirements:
* 8 years progressively responsible experience in Training an Development role in a sizeable organization, preferably with exposure to multinational environmental activity.
* At least 2 year experience at managerial position.
* University graduate, bachelor degree holder Business Administration management or related discipline or
equivalent
