工作职责:

? Build a trade marketing strategy with targeted activations by channel/ store addressing specific consumer and shopper growth levers.

? Define the yearly trade marketing activity and promotion plan based on consumer demand, brand direction, sales strategy, target and specific trade business requirements

? Conduct trade market analysis to better understand the market needs and trend, and for continuously improving

? Manage KPIs and tracking mechanism to measure and enhance effectiveness of retail channel activities

? Control the marketing budget expenses to within planned budget / AOP

任职资格:

? Bachelor

s degree or above in business, science or other related majors

? 5-10 years marketing or brand management in MNC, a few years of sales experiences preferred

? Ability to build and manage cross-functional teams and quickly adapt into a matrixed organization with open communication and inspiration
