Our client is B2B market leader from Switzerland and currently looking for a GM Assistant in Shanghai.
Task
- Independent support on business related tasks and project management
- Executive Assistance to GM
- Daily Assistance incl. administrative tasks, meeting scheduling, communication, travel arrangement and reimbursements
- Support GM to translate between English and Chinese in meetings, on business trips and in written communication
- Schedule monthly sales meetings at the beginning of each month and make related invitation and room planning arrangements
- Schedule periodic meetings with all direct reports of the GM and prepare meeting topics ahead of meetings
- Support business related projects as required
- Salesforce Champion (SFC) and first contact window for all Salesforce related tasks and inquiries incl. attendance of related trainings or execution of SFC tasks
Competence
- Fluent communication in English
- Structured mindset
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work with a team
