岗位职责描述：
1、参与项目需求分析工作，负责概要设计、详细设计等技术文档的编制；
2、制定项目研发的中长期规划及策略，指导程序开发人员进行开发；
3、负责指导、处理、协调和解决项目中出现的技术问题，保证项目质量，并确保项目按时完成；
4、负责提升团队成员工作技能，提高团队凝聚力和工作效率,协助完成技术管理工作。

任职资格描述：
学历：本科及以上学历
专业：计算机、软件工程等相关专业
工作经验：5年以上软件开发工作经验，3年以上团队管理经验

知识技能要求：
1、5年以上实际项目开发经验，基本功扎实，熟悉算法和数据结构；
2、良好的编程习惯，深入理解面向对象编程思想，精通分层设计，熟悉各种设计模式；
3、具有丰富的大型数据库设计/编程/调优经验，熟悉SQL server、Oracle、MySQL数据库的设计和开发；
4、精通．NET平台下的多层架构技术，精通C#语言，熟练使用．NET开发工具，熟悉．NET构架等B/S和C/S体系结构应用开发技术；
5、具备丰富的软件架构设计及模块开发经验，成功主持完成至少两个大型软件的设计开发工作。

工作素质要求：
1、思维清晰、逻辑严密，具有良好的项目控制、协调能力；
2、工作认真负责，拥有良好的交流沟通能力和团队意识，有很强的责任心，独特的创意；
3、英语四级或以上水平，读、写熟练，具有一定的听、说能力。

福利待遇：月薪8000元以上+项目奖金+福利保险（五险一金）。
