Job Description

"General Service & Admin
"
*Office Administration for all services in office supplies
*Supervise of office maintenance and environment protection( office, production, washroom etc). e
*Upgrade on service area and improve the quality of services in all aspects
*Manage maintenance program and assess maintenance problems
"*Cordinate with supplier to follow up ( alternation of building structure, office decoration, enlargement etc)
"
*Control office supplier to puchase related components
*Outsource vendor management ( factory security, cleaning for office and production, vehicle management, dining room management etc)
* Procurement related to information for Air Company, Travel Agent, Stationery, Furniture, Cleaning Company, etc.
* Formulate and coordinate specifications and requirements for vendor proposal and contracts, and other associated documents for facilities management
* Set up related specification for security, cleaning,vehiche, dining room) and track the result within specification.
* Develop and establish the security management related policies, procedures, standards
*Lead and manage the facility's safety committee.
* Maintain a good relationship with local governmental bodies

Job Request

* Education Qualification : college degree or above in electrical, mechanical, or manufacturing engineering or equivalent professional experience is required.
* Position experiences: At least 3 years work experience in the Facilities& Utilites fields, experience in multinational companies is preferred
* Language Skills:Native Chinese speaker, and capable of using English for reading and writing is required.
