1.Planning and budgeting 

Develop/implement materials dept. operation budget ( productivity goal) ,monitor the achievement of the budget in order to achieve targeted department performance

2.Policies and Procedures

Establish, optimize and simplify relative management system/procedure/polices; Supervise the implementation of all policies and procedures to improve overall efficiency and cross functional collaboration  

in order to guide employees' work and improve department efficiency

3.People management and development 

Build a team with strong sense of urgency, sense of responsibility, proactive, strong team working and adequate necessary skills, and fully align with core value: Allocate and balance the allocation of work across direct reports; Review and provide timely feedback to direct reports

Mentor, develop and motivate them , Help resolve people/functional issues in the team in order to achieve targeted dept performance and retain key talent.

4. Supply Chain ECE

1)Weekly review STR/LT result and action plan for improvement

2)Monthly supply chain performance review meeting with global cross function team for better ECE

5.Production Planning & Daily operation driving

Review production output daily and driving operation issue solved on time to achieve output goal

6.Materials control

1. Review planning accuracy and inventory level monthly and action plan for improvement in order to achieve the yearly target;                                            

2. Regularly review with purchasing group to ensure materials are ready for production as planned;                                                                                   

3. Ensure both MC and PC will proactively communicate with munfacturing on any abnormal things which impacts normal production, implement necessary recovery plan to minimize negative impacts on productionand delivery.   

4. Weekly inventory review internal & external with global mangement

7.Procurement(Purchasing)          

1) Continously drive supplier on time delivery, MOQ & LT improvement                              

2) Build strong partnership with strategic vendors with fully compliance with procurement policy;                                                                                      

3) Regularly visit / audit strategic vendors;                                                     

4) Monthly track & trace the supplier performance on devlivery /quality with cross function team

8.Warehouse management 

1)Continously drive warehouse management efficiency improvement

2)Material Replenishment Flow process optimization

3)Digital & automation warehouse 

9.Shipping and Logistics management

1) Continously drive shipping cost down

2) On time delivery support

10.Customs clearance

1)Continously study & follow Government's new policy about Customs & Duty

2)Oversee compliance with cross function to avoid any compliance issue

11.EHS 

Oversee EHS rules implementation in order to avoid any accidents

12.Demand Management

1) Monthly  external & internal SOP meeting with sales/PM & internal team  to develop master planning strategy 

2) Minimize material obsolescence by effectively forecasting demand and communicating with Customers and Suppliers

13.Others(Other tasks assigned per business needs)

1) Present supply chain team metrics, supplier performance to management

2) Communicate effectively with cross functional teams and ensure no supply disruptions to customers

3) Others

Requirements:

Bachelor degree, 10+ years materials /supply chain management experience ,  Experience in Multinational company,CPIM/CPSM preferable

Excellent knowledge in SAP system/planning & ordering process, Strong communication skill, Fluent English, Results driven with team work, Customer focus orientation, Accountability , Passion & energy ,Working under pressure
