Description:

Alstom IS&T recruits a Sub-Region End User Services & Support Manager
Entity: IS&T End User Services & Support (EUSS)
Reporting to the EUSS Regional Director,he/she is responsible for end user relationships, service requests and problem escalations for one or more (site/country) locations, ensuring for all delivered services, consistency in customer satisfaction and quality of service.
Within the scope of the IS&T activity and working closely with the IS Sector business, the EUSS Sub-Region Manager will be the contact for:
- End User Customer Relationship Management:
Collect Global Business Strategy and Operational objectives information
Promote Global Business Strategy & Operational objectives towards Business local organization
Recommend new uses of IS&T Services to enhance business performance
- Demand Management:
Captures, challenges local project opportunity needs
Specifies requirements, referring to the ITSSC for solution service design and quotation
Follows up and report on local demand portfolio, from requirements till completion
- Exercise Financial & Budget Management:
Works with the IS Sector contact to define the service request budget envelope (cost & quantities) for site(s)
Ensures local spend respects agreed budget.
Approves standard service request expenditure within the agreed budget envelope (cost and quantities) if delegated by IS Sector
Contributes to budget build, forecast and actuals control phases
Ensures internal bills are controlled and information is available on time for billing
Control Suppliers' local bills and ensures payments are done on contractual due time
- Manages IS&T Services to local end users:
Agreeing and Producing the Service Catalogue & SLA's using the standard templates
Ensures local assets are refreshed on time in compliance with IS&T Refresh Cycle rules
Ensures local stock levels are in place in line with contractual commitments
Transfers needs to the relevant Domain/ Department/ IT-SSC Service Delivery Teams including identification of synergies to improve cost effectiveness
He manages the Customer Relationships with the end-users and in particular is the single point of contact for IT SCC Services

Qualifications:
General knowledge in Alstom IT processes, systems and tools
Sound knowledge of Service Level Management Processes
Minimum 4 years of experience either in Customer Relationship Management or project management or IS&T managerial position.
