Job Description
-In charge of the coordination with landlord and building management on office operation related issues such as office environment maintenance, parking, facilities repair and etc.
-Be responsible for office operation issue to ensure a smooth run of overall office, and make sure all equipment are functioning well, maintenance be arranged timely.
-In charge of the management of SZ office corporate vendors and maintain the relationship by negotiating a competitive price for all items purchased. Support on internal & external audit on Shenzhen office procurement activities.
-Coordinate with Qualcomm China headquarters on Shenzhen office import&export activities, to ensure they are compliance with both US and China regulations and company policies.
-Provide local assistance on financial operation work such as prepare payment request form for office expense, bank account and petty cash management, monthly financial reporting, cooperate with KPMG for SZ office monthly tax on-line filling and etc.
-Provide local assistance on HR issues for China HR team such as supporting on interviews occurred in SZ office, SZ office new hire arrangement, SZ office employees' resignation, coordinating fesco/Ping An service for SZ staff, internal training occurred in SZ office and etc.
-Involve in company event organization such as VIP Shenzhen visit, on-site and off-site customer training in Shenzhen, SZ office team building activities and etc.
-Get feedback from each department in order to improve admin. service and meet their business requirement by providing efficient and effective services.
Skills/Experience
-BA or above degree with at least 5 years work experience. Experience at multinational companies is preferable.
-Fluent English and Mandarin for both verbal and written are required.
-Capable in handling complex issues and prioritize the importance of each task.
-Experience on facilities management and organization of big events would be a plus.
