职位描述
Accountabilities：
? To assist PAM in Business Development.
? To develop area survey of relevant cities.
? To solicit new business in both pre-completion consultancy, full PM and post-completion consultancy projects.
Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience：
? Minimum 3 years' experiences in operation of Property management services, preference given to commercial experience.
? Familiar with Property Management rules and regulation of different provinces
? Preference will be given to candidate with 2nd tier market experiences
? Excellent communication skill
? Able to work independently
? Result orientated
? Strong interpersonal and relationship management skill
? Microsoft Word/Excel/Power Point computer skills must be literate
? Initiative and disciplined
? Good communication and leadership skills
? Bi-lingual (Chinese and English) will be an asset
