JOB SUMMARY The position is mainly to develop the organization capabilities in terms of:

1.     Supervise and manage all the engineering/construction/improvement projects of PPG Tianjin.

2.     Collaborate with China Engineering Team to ensure that all China Level Project will be implemented smoothly, in the other hand, keep all project meet the requirements base on the situation of Tianjin Plant.

3.     Coordinate and provide resources to projects managers to ensure the project complete on schedule with high quality. Be responsible for the key projects and report to Plant Manager timely.

4.     Ensure projects compliance with all PPG and local government EH&S policies and regulations.

确保工程/建设/改善项目遵从并符合PPG和当地政府部门的各项环境健康安全政策和法规

5.     Work with project managers to supervise the entire project process including:  project definition, engineering/design, approvals (both PPG and local government), procurement, construction, commissioning, and final acceptance.

与各项目经理协作, 监管整个项目各项进程,包括:项目定义说明,工程设计,项目审批(PPG 内部审批和当地政府部门审批),工程采购,工程施工,试运行和最终验收

6.     Supervise all major aspects of projects including workplace safety, conformance to requirements, schedule, and cost.

监管项目的各个主要方面,包括工作场地的安全,控制整个项目符合各项要求,进度安排,和项目成本,协调相应资源确保项目开展

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES & PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES:

1.     Support on improve EHS management of engineering/construction via giving suggestion and join EHSLT Meeting as team member

作为EHSLT成员，参与EHS管理的各种会议和活动，为EHS管理水平的提高提供工程专业方面的支持。

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

1. Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering, mechanical engineering or equivalent. 

具有电气专业或机械业本科学历或相当学历

1. At least eight years working experience on maintenance or project management.

至少8年以上从事维修管理或工程项目管理的经验

SKILLS

1. Fluency in both oral and writing English. 

良好的英语口语及读写能力

1. Good PC skills on AutoCAD and other OA software

熟练使用AutoCAD和其它办公软件

3.     Team management experience is a plus
