Quality Manager

We are a manufacturer of complex parts for the semiconductor industry. We currently have an opening for a Quality Manager reporting to Director of Quality from our US Headquarter. As a part of this position, your responsibilities shall include but not be limited to the following:

- Develop a quality system that ensures exceptional new product quality at launch without delaying product launch

- Working with Director of Quality (US), provide a clear vision and facilitate the execution of a results-driven Quality Management Process that is focused on: Customer Satisfaction. Continuous Improvement, Employee development and empowerment, Business Growth, Financial Results

- Implement an effective supplier quality program (raw material) that reduces supplier errors and the impact of supplier errors

- Develop a system to ensure that our products meet all legal and customer required environmental content requirements

- Drive quality programs across all functions at our firm

- Maintain all quality certification required by customers and external agency such as ISO9001 and ISO13485

- Innovate and continuously improve quality systems, processes, and tools

- Represent the quality function at all of our customers

- Lead and develop a world-class global Quality Assurance team including hiring, training, employee development, performance management, and retention

- Drawing and Specification Review.

- Process Flow, FMEA & Product Quality Plan development and submission to customers.

- Assist with problem solving and quality concern resolution (5-whys; Cause/effect diagrams; etc.)

- Communicate with customers as necessary on problem resolution, customer performance rating improvement, etc.

- Application of statistical techniques for quality and manufacturing controls.

- Support continuous improvements through process and data analysis.

- Verify manufacturing processes and confirm process capability.

- Represent the Quality Department for the MRB.

- Monitor and help control scrap; including corrective action analysis.

- Internal Audit participation.

- Other duties as required.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Candidate must have extensive experience on ISO9001 and ISO13485

- Hand on knowledge in Six Sigma, Lean, 8D CAR, APQP and/or other equivalent industrial best practices QMS.
- 10+ years of senior management experience required.
- Experience in the computer or machining industry preferred.
- Strong organizational leader
- Able to articulate a clear vision
- Able to lead and drive change
- Strong influence and communication skills in both Chinese and English.
