Tasks and Responsibilities

o Be part of Customer Experience Center team responsible for handling customer ticket

o Focus on customer issue diagnostic and resolution provision

o Identify the root cause of customer issue and provide insight of problematic code for engineer to fix 

o Work in co-located, cross-functional Engineering Supporting team with engineer, user assistance, customer support and PM, operation to increase MTTR for customer ticket

o In long run, increase engineer efficiency, improve customer satisfaction and product usability

Expectation and WORK EXPERIENCE

o Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in software field

o 2-5 Java development experience

o Familiar with database and SQL

o Hands-on experience with issue management tool, e.g. Jira

o Strong problem solving and analysis techniques, in favor of trouble shooting

o Good communication skill in both English and Chinese

o Customer support experience is a plus

o Hands-on experience with tomcat, job scheduler is a plus
