进口操作

Responsibilities:

1.Timely key in the shipment details and maintain the data in company’s system;

2.Responsible for documents regarding import on destination clearance;

3.Professional, actively and friendly manage vendors and response to customers’ inquiry and issues;

4.Close the job file within the required timeline and good job filing;

5. Good self-discipline and compliance with the company policy.

Qualifications:

1.Bachelor with subject logistics, international trading, English or have experience on logistics international trading industry;

2.Familiar with bonded warehouse operation activities will be a plus;

3.Effective Communication skills on verbal and written English;

4.Team work and responsible;

5.Ability to multi-task, given diversity of proposed role;

6. Excellent software skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and etc.).
