职位描述

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: 


à Administration, configuration and maintenance of the base application stack (Apache, Tomcat, Solr, Data Hub) for customer SAP hybris commerce solutions in the cloud

à Using, managing and maintaining the SAP Hybris Commerce automation platform to ensure it is working smoothly to perform regular deployments of custom applications and product upgrades

à Ensuring a sustainable high quality of service for customer sites though proactive monitoring, planning and automation initiatives

à Troubleshooting and finding resolutions to complex technical problems across multiple tiers

à Planning, reviewing and executing system changes

à Developing and maintaining technical documentation

à Application bottleneck diagnosis and platform performance tuning using APM tools like dynaTrace

à Providing technical leadership within the team and mentoring of other team members

à Serving as escalation for all technical issues related to the platform

à Process engineering and continual service improvement



YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:


à Minimum of Bachelor Degree in quantitative field (preferably Computer Science or related discipline), or equivalent combination of education and experience

à 5+ years direct experience in a similar role, 10+ years total IT experience

à Extensive experience with large scale Java application deployments across high availability cloud infrastructure

à Expert in web server (preferably Apache) administration, Java application server administration, common web protocols

à Experience with automation tools (eg. Chef, Puppet, Ansible) and scripting 

à Strong Linux administration skills (Debian, CentOS, or RedHat) 

à Solid understanding of cloud eCommerce solutions and implementation practices

à Highly customer-focused attitude, with natural ability to engage with customers and manage stakeholders

à Experience working in managed services or a cloud-based service provider

à Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks under stressful conditions

à Strong English skills (verbal and written)

à This role requires availability to on occasion work flexible hours, as well as occasional participation in off-hour on-call support rotations


Any of the following would be an advantage:

à Programming experience, especially Java 

à Understanding of JVM optimization, tuning and debugging

à Experience with application performance tuning and APM tools such as Dynatrace

à ITIL Certification(s)

à Experience in project management
