职位描述

Job Purpose

?       Overall commercial responsible for HVAC OEM sales in China & Korea. 

?       Responsible for the development and the performance of the KAM team including ensuring the right skillset needed to serve both the global HVAC OEM customers in China and the Local Chinese HVAC OEM’s and the Local Korean HVAC OEM’s. 

?       Responsible for the development of a China/Korea KAM team that balance high customers satisfaction and low cost to serve. 
?       Responsible for driving the commercial performance of the individual accounts through structured account development and business development 
?       Responsible for setting the right prices and the optimal allocation of customers to KAMs            


Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities

·       Define and execute win plans for customers (defined from customer needs) 

·       Develop and build strong customer relationships through a professionalised KAM setup which include an improved sales operating model and deployment of value-based selling. 

·       Develop and maintain application knowledge to ensure high level of customer understanding 

·       Identify, develop and negotiate potential business opportunities for the different accounts   

·       Launch and sell new services offerings based to build new revenue stream 

·       Support the handling of operational issues such as delivery performance and quality issues in collaboration with demand planning and the quality team in HVAC OEM 

·       Ensure strong collaboration between T-KAM team in China and the China/Korea KAM team on the business development. 

·       Ensure a strong collaboration between the China/Korea KAM and the global HVAC OEM KAM team, to gain full effect & traction of the global HVAC OEM org.

HVAC OEM Asia sales target, price target, SCTR, SCTM , ECSS, EMS            

Posting, Reporting, and Work Relations

This role will take report from HVAC OEM China and Korea Sales Team, and directly report to HVAC OEM Global Sales Director. He/she will highly collaborate with Head of China TKAM department to develop and win the HVAC OEM customers in China and Korea, and work closely with different stakeholders of demand planning, supply chain, operations and quality within HVAC OEM Organization, to deliver the performance target.             


Required Minimum Qualifications

·        Bachelor or above, 5 years of account management experience 

·       Knowledge in pumps or related HVAC OEM industry will be a plus

·       At least 3 years of leadership experience

·       Strong English in both writing and speech
