Responsibilities:

1. Follow up with after-sourcing procurement activities including but not limited to PO, delivery, payment, checking &inspection, document filing & report

负责采购活动的跟进包括但不限于订单处理、交货、付款、验收及入库、过程文件管理和完成采购报告等

2. In direct material sourcing, closely communicate with planner to balance inventory, PR quantity and lead time to ensure supply

生产物料采购中，与计划员保持沟通，负责平衡库存、采购数量与到货时间的关系，保证供应

3. In indirect sourcing, perform duly communication & coordination in accordance with contract to ensure process efficiency, on time delivery and internal customer satisfactory

非生产物料采购中，充分协调和沟通，确保采购合同执行过程高效，按时交货以及内部需求部门满意度

4. Assist in supplier assessment and optimization of supplier database.

协助评估、考核和管理供应商，不断优化供应商队伍

5. Handle one-time quality issue, and fill up related Quality report, assist in supplier improvement activities

处理单次供应质量问题，完成问题处理报告；协助供应商改善活动，跟踪改善进展

6. Keep a proficient filing system in compliance with company policies & regulations

按照公司管理要求和规范，维护和管理采购活动文件体系

7. Other works assigned

Requirements：

1. B.A./B.S. in Supply Chain Management, Trade, Mechanical/electronics engineering or technical discipline

大学本科毕业，供应链、贸易、机械、电子或其他工程技术专业

2. 3~5 years solid sourcing or supply chain experience in industry environment

3~5年以上制造业或系统集成采购经验

3. Experience in PO management and execution, familiar with activities of delivery, payment processing, receiving checking & inspection.

有采购订单管理和执行的相关经验，熟悉订单跟踪、付款、验货及入库相关活动。

4. Solid experience in order entry & processing in ERP system.

熟悉ERP系统订单录入和处理操作和流程

5. Experience in supplier performance management

有供应商管理经验

6. Excellent process management skills with the ability to be self-reliant and highly organized

善于自我管理、有条理，注重过程和细节

7. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Integrity, high sense of responsibility and self-motivation

8. Proficient in Microsoft Office
