Responsibilities:

• Be responsible for monthly payroll, taxation, as well as Attendance, Leave and OT administration.

• Work with vendor to ensure the data validity and submit the payment in time.

• Make sure payroll process is in compliance with internal and external audit requirements.

• Resolve employee payroll issues.

• Participant in the other project related with payroll process and system where necessary.

• Support related HR other functions: Employee Activity, Recruiting & Onboarding, Employee Communication, etc.

• Other Ad Hoc programs.

Skills & Knowledge:

• Bachelor degree, HR related is preferred.

• At least 2 years experience in HR C&B function, good experience in payroll is preferred.

• Fluent English both written and spoken.

• Good logical thinking and quick learner.

• Self-motivated and willing to work under pressure or take new challenge.
