Main purpose of the role:

• You are partner with Channel Head to plan, do, check and act channel strategies planning and execution;
• You will work with segment leaders to design annual goal setting KPIs to each role;
• You will lead the Channel Operation & Planning team to have analytical insights to the biz, ensure cross functional alignment of goals;
• You will drive and deploy global and local programs, ie. SFDC, CPQ, Configurator, KAP, etc.

Key Areas of Responsibilities:

• Assure global M2O standard process can be followed in sales operation;
• Reviews pipeline and sales effectiveness vs target setting and drive improvement action in the commercial team;
• Keep LEAN mindset and influence any necessary changes for simplification and high speed response in process and workflow;
• Contribute to improve sales force competence in selling skills, risk management and forecast accuracy;
• Work with segment leaders to set annual, quarterly, monthly operational targets
• Lead the execution that accelerate growth and improve the sales force's revenue generating capacity

• Has advanced skills with spreadsheets, databases, pivot tables and data query logic
• Sound business knowledge specifically within a matrix organizational environment
• Excellent communication (verbal and written) as well as interpersonal skills
• Ability to interact with others in a professional, courteous and ethical manner

• Leverages standard practices
