Description:

  

Manage and coordinate the communication between local vendors, client and the company, a logistics service provider so as to deliver service levels that exceed customer expectations.

  

管理和协调当地供货商、客户和公司各物流运作部门的沟通和协调，保证提供超出客户期望的服务水准。

  

◆ Process daily customer orders timely and accurately

  

◆ Coordinate with operation team for orders’pickup/packing/dispatching

  

◆ Track daily deliveries with trucking co. and end customers closely

  

◆ Deal with operation issues and report to supervisor clearly

  

◆ Follow the operation process and update required reports

  

◆ Establish and maintain goods relationship with Customer

  

  

◆ 每天及时和准确地处理客户订单

  

◆ 与团队成员协调合作完成订单的采集，整理和分配

  

◆ 通过卡车公司追踪每天的送货情况并与终端客户紧密联系

  

◆ 处理实际工作中的问题并清楚地报告给主管

  

◆ 按照工作流程办事并且及时更新所需报告

  

◆ 建立并维护与客户的良好关系

  

  

The position requires

  

◆ College degree or above

  

◆ Minimum 3 years working experience in similar logistics functions (order processing, customer service, E-commerce logistics, transportation, etc)

  

◆ Strong project management knowledge and background is preferred.

  

◆ A clear systematic & analytical thinker, process orientated.

  

◆ Service-minded candidates with a good initiative, motivation and the ability to work in an integrated team

  

◆ Positive, responsive, dependable, caring, understanding and well-organized candidates with excellent communication skills (written and oral)

  

◆ Able to work under pressure in a busy environment and take overtime work

  

◆ Good command of oral and written English

  

◆ Strong ethics with impeccable integrity

  

◆ Conversant with main MS software applications (Excel, PPT, etc)

  

  

◆ 大专及以上学位

  

◆ 最少三年的在有关物流领域的工作经验（订单处理，客服，电子商务物流，运输等）

  

◆ 有项目管理经验者优先

  

◆ 要求思路清晰，有较强的分析能力并且以流程为导向

  

◆ 有服务意识，工作主动, 积极努力，与团队融合

  

◆ 乐观，负责，关心，较强的理解力和较好的组织能力和沟通能力（包括说和写）

  

◆ 能够在压力下在繁忙的环境中工作，能适应加班

  

◆ 英语说写具佳

  

◆ 良好正直的道德品质
