Role Summary
Responsible for driving electronics business growth for China market conjunction with sales team and supplier/product team to meet and exceed required electronics sales/margin target.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop Strategy and Go-to-Market plans to grow china electronics business in conjunction with sales leaders & Head of product/supplier management.
- To implement strategic business development sales strategy and ensure seamless execution of sales programs to meet and exceed the projected sales targets, annual volumes growth and other related business objectives.
- Identify potential growth area and new account developments to capture ongoing business opportunities
- To train, motivate sales force to drive electronics sales
- To cooperate with different department to leverage internal resources to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Report to General Manager and provide any updates on competitors landscape information and any Go to Market strategy
- Work closely with other ASMs, Customer Care Manager, Head of Corporate as well as Sales Operations & Effectiveness team
- Work and co-operate with internal departments such as Marketing, CS, Finance, P&SM, Inventory, Operations and HR as well as Hub located in Hong Kong
Qualifications and Experience
- A degree holder in business or related discipline
- Min. 15 years hands on sales management, product marketing management and strategic business development in Electronics/Semiconductor business in China.
- Strong leadership, excellent business acumen and commercial result oriented
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to influence decision makers at all levels
- Strong communicator and in building relationships regionally and also Globally
- Financial and business awareness with good analytical skills
- Ability to take ownership and set own goals and priorities to act at pace
- Culturally diverse and sensitive to multi-cultural environment
- Familiar in an MNC environment, code of conduct expected and compliance to company policies and trading guidelines in China
- Good knowledge of both industrial and electronics based high service distributor model and knowledge of the China Digital world
- Proven track records in the electronics/semiconductor industry within China
- Minimum 15 years of sales or commercial experience
- Good written and spoken English and Chinese
- Experienced in matrix organization
