岗位职责：

1、负责公司相关产品/应用项目的需求分析和设计（非外包）；

2、带领团队完成产品的开发工作和代码质量检查；

3、需要参与团队的代码编写；

4、配合测试团队完成集成测试；

5、负责系统性能优化、系统质量保证；

6、协助团队中其他开发人员解决技术问题；

任职要求：

1、5年或以上工作经验，有带项目经验，有银行项目背景优先

2、具备设计和实施分布式架构应用、分布式数据库应用相关工作经验；

3、精通Spring Boot、Spring Cloud的微服务架构，对Spring Batch有所研究，并有实际应用经验；

4、熟练Mysql关系型数据库，熟练Redis等NoSQL数据库，对MQ有一定了解；

5、熟悉Docker、Kubernetes等容器及虚拟化技术并有实际使用经验；

6、精通Spring MVC、JPA等开发框架，熟练HTML、JS、JSON等前端技术；

7、对Java多线程，高并发有一定了解；

8、熟悉Eureka、Swagger、Hystrix；

9、熟悉应用服务器，如Tomcat、Apache等的配置、部署、调优，熟练使用Linux操作系统；

10、具有很强的问题分析定位能力及系统调优能力；
